How long can a Portable Restroom be rented for?

We offer short and long term rentals- For a single day event, we’ll deliver and set up the unit(s) in the morning, and pick it up the next day by noon. Delivery and Pick-up Times are discussed during Contract Process and can be adjusted based on Residence or Venue Requirements. We also offer long term rentals-please contact us for a quote.

 

What is included on YML’s rental rate?

Our contracts detail all the items our rental rate includes such as: Local Sales Tax (unless tax exempt), Delivery, Transportation Cost, Set-up, Supplies, Cleaning, Sanitation and Pick up.

 

How are the Portables Restrooms maintained during the event (Cleanliness & Supplies)?

Our Portable Restroom Trailers are self-sustained; however, adding paper products, cleaning counters, urinals, stalls- etc, are done by the client- unless a Restroom Attendant is hired for the event. We offer all supplies with every rental.

 

Do we need a Restroom Attendants During the Event?

Restroom Attendants is a separate Service we offer and it can be added to any rental for an additional fee.

 

Do I need to contract a Restroom Attendant for my Event?

We recommend to have 1 restroom attendant for any event over 100 guests. For Events with more than 250 guests, we recommend 2 Attendants.

 

What does the Restroom Attendant do and how are they dressed?

Restroom attendant(s) will maintain the Bathrooms cleaned and stocked at all times during the event. The attendant(s) wears an all-black uniform (Black Slacks, Button-down Shirt and Dress Shoes).

 

What Insurance does YML Carry?

YML Portable Restrooms is covered under a General Liability Insurance Policy of $1MM/2MM.

 

What are the standard equipment for your Trailers?

Our Portable Restroom Trailers come equipped with A/C Unit, Porcelain Toilet/Urinals, Modern Sinks with Auto shut-off Faucets, LED lighting throughout the Unit and a Sound System playing soft music or any music provided in a memory stick prior to the event.

 

Do I need to connect the Portable Restroom(s) to a City Sewage?

Our portable Restrooms have a large Waste Tank that varies in size by Model from 300gal – 750gal. The option to connect to a City Sewage is available on rentals of 3 days or more.

 

Can Trailers Develop Odor?

Although these are Restrooms and can develop odor after long periods of use, we maintain very high standards when it comes to cleaning and disinfecting. All units will be delivered in pristine conditions, disinfected and clean.

 

Is smoking allowed inside the Portable Restroom Trailer?

No, all of our units are smoke-free and smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.



Do Portable Restroom Trailers Consume a lot of Electricity and Water?

No, all of our units are equipped to offer the Highest level of Efficiency Consumption. The unit has a High Efficiency A/C unit, LED Lights throughout and Auto Shut-off Sink Faucets.



What are the Electricity Requirements?

Our units connect to regular power outlets available on site or connected to a Generator that requires 7,500 running watts per outlet. If connecting to the power outlets available on site, each trailer needs one or two electrical outlets, depending on trailer model and each outlet needs 20 amps.



Do you offer Generator for your Portable Restrooms?

Yes, we offer the option of a generator for an additional fee listed on the rental agreement.



What are the Water Requirements?

Our Units can be connected to a regular Water Spicket using a garden hose (provided by us). We have over 800ft of Water Hose Available but do require the distance to the water source be disclosed prior to delivery.

 

What happens if there is no Water Connection Available?

We offer models that come with an internal water tank for trailer usage during the event. That option is available for an additional fee disclosed on the Rental Agreement and we ask this information is made available to us prior to the delivery of the unit, in order to ensure the correct unit is rented.

 

What size trailer do I need for my event?

Our units can service events of 50 guests up to 500 or more guests- all of the available options are discussed prior to the reservation of one or more of the units.

Do I need a permits for public events?

Yes, but no worries, at YML is a licensed plumbing contractor under the category of portable restrooms and is able to pull permits with the respective city for all types of events, job sites, commercial spaces, etc.
